1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on pharcadeapk are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for wagering deposits.

5 Game Rules and Acceptable Use

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, pharcadeapk may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Any winnings obtained through prohibited means will not be paid out.

9 Limitation of Liability

While we work to ensure stable, consistent access, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or downtime at all times. pharcadeapk is not liable for losses resulting from platform outages, network errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

pharcadeapk is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. Your use of pharcadeapk is entirely at your own risk.

10 Changes to These Terms
